“The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. ”

“What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. “We really enjoyed this place, especially the lovely grounds and the numerous animals that live on them (zebras, water buck, monkeys etc.) The staff were also gracious and our room was just right. ”

“While all staff were very welcoming and kind, several requests went unattended. The wait time for a service request was long and a lost item of mine took 2 days to return to me from the managers office. The coffee was instant and that is disappointing given Kenyan coffee is so delicious. We were given no instructions on how to get hot water to our shower either and only discovered this after a couple of cold showers.”
